Please note: This session is required before booking any shorter follow-up treatments. Your first visit begins with an approximately 15-minute consultation and full-body assessment. Your therapist, Biljana, will review your medical history, carry out a postural assessment, and check range of motion to identify muscular imbalances or areas of tension. Based on these findings, a personalised treatment plan will be developed to address your specific needs and goals. To help your therapist carry out the postural assessment effectively, please bring or wear a pair of shorts. This deep, targeted treatment helps release muscle tension, ease pain, and restore natural movement. It improves flexibility, posture, and range of motion, while also supporting recovery after injury or physical strain. Regular sport massage can help prevent injuries by correcting muscle imbalances and improving body mechanics. It also boosts circulation, reduces inflammation, breaks down scar tissue, and encourages detoxification through better lymphatic flow. Beyond the physical, sport massage has calming effects on the nervous system, reducing stress, improving sleep, and lifting energy and focus. You’ll leave each session feeling lighter, looser, and more in tune with your body.
