Not at all. Sports massage therapy is suitable for anyone experiencing muscle tension, stiffness, or discomfort. It’s commonly used by athletes, but also by people with desk jobs or those working on posture and pain relief.
Please note: A Sports Massage Therapy Initial Session (75 minutes) is required before booking any follow-up treatments
Your first visit begins with an approximately 15-minute consultation and full-body assessment. Your therapist, Biljana, will review your medical history, check posture and range of movement, and identify muscular imbalances or areas of tension. Based on this, a personalised treatment plan will be created to suit your body’s needs and goals.
You’ll also complete a Consultation and Consent form before treatment starts.
Session lengths vary depending on the treatment, from 30 minutes to 75 minutes. Prices also differ by service.

Yes, there is private parking available free of charge for all visitors of Keep Moving Therapy. You can park conveniently on-site during your appointment.
What should I wear to my appointment? Wear comfortable clothing. For treatment areas, you may be asked to remove layers, but towels are always provided for discretion.
Some deep pressure may feel intense, but your comfort is the priority. Techniques are adjusted to suit your tolerance.
The frequency of treatments depends on your body, your lifestyle, and what you’d like to achieve. At your appointment, we’ll review how you respond to treatment and agree together on what feels most beneficial for you.
Some clients book in regularly to support training or recovery, while others come as needed for ongoing aches and tension. If you’re ever unsure, you’re always welcome to ask during your visit or get in touch afterwards for guidance
